  • Do I have to have an account to buy?

Yes, orders are only processed under a customer account.

 

  • Can I modify a placed order?

If you encounter such a situation you can call us on 0743 597 933 to find out the status of your order, and if it has not already been put into production and the customization/personalization was not performed, chances are we can help you with its cancellation.

 

  • Can I find out information about previous orders?

Yes, you can find this information in "My Account".

 

  • I want to purchase a product that is not in stock. What steps should I take?

  • How can I return a Horeca by Unika product?

If the products ordered have not been personalized or customized, you can return them from "My Account" within 14 days of delivery. If you need assistance, you can call us on 0743 597 933.

 

  • Do I get a discount on a larger order?

To benefit exclusively from promotions and discounts, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter. And if you are a distributor, you can access the "distributors" section of the website or contact us on 0743 597 933.

 

  • How soon will my order be delivered?

The delivery time of the products on the site differs according to each one, as follows:

a. For blank or non-customized products, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.

b. From the confirmation of graphic materials - for stock products that are also customized with the chosen graphics or client's logo, your order will be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days.

c. Your order of customized products will be dispatched in 8 -10 working days, from the confirmation of the graphic materials. 

*Depending on the order and its complexity, the indicated time may vary more or less. 


Delivery will take approximately 7 working days after dispatch.

Orders will be shipped through UPS and the shipping fee starts at 7 EUR. The cost depends on the volume/weight of the package and the distance.



  • How can I pay for my order?

By bank card or PO.

 

You can make an online payment with your personal or company card under complete security conditions. The accepted cards for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have the CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.

No additional commission is charged for transactions. The card data processing is exclusively done on the PlatiOnline servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card; instead, it encrypts and sends them over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information is secure.

Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are conducted in Euro at the exchange rate of your bank. 

For card payments, the transaction will appear on your bank statement with the name "horecabyunika."
